Evolve Program
Our Evolve program provides a wide range of physical, social, and emotional benefits for children in the 10-13 age range. It can also be a fun and engaging activity that helps children stay active and healthy as they grow and develop as well as an enjoyable way for them to to release stress and unwind after a long day at school or during times of high stress.
Our classes for this age are designed to improve overall physical fitness, including cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, and endurance, Coordination and balance. Students will also gain better social skills by working in groups or pairs, developing things such as communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
One of values is fearless authenticity and we have many exercises and games to help children find and develop their authentic self,, enabling them to express their feelings, thoughts and beliefs through movement, and allow them to express themselves creatively and emotionally.
